Chapter 3 - The Positive Use of Affirmations 

Anxiety will continue to exist until we face the issue and resolve it.  Anxiety exists because we fail to overcome the issues that bring on the needless worries.  The needless worrying is what causes our anxieties.

I recite this affirmation everyday:  “I will not be anxious for anything.”
