Chapter 4. The Thoughts We Think

During our conscious thinking, when a powerful negative thought comes into the mind it takes up most of our conscious thinking time by creating a looping pattern of negative thinking.  

This negative thought pattern is what encourages you to put the negative thought into action.  Until you mentally eliminate your negative thought patterns with positive thinking thoughts your negative thinking will continue to create negative thinking behaviors.  And this negative thinking process is performed without your awareness.   
The important lesson to be learned here is that it’s about being consciously aware of what you are thinking.  Is the thought positive?  Or is it a negative thought?  Remember that you always have a choice to decide if you want to be a positive thinker or a negative thinker.  

How we think about our thoughts makes all the difference in how they can affect us.  They control our ability to feel good or bad at any given moment.  

You can change the way you feel and think at any given moment using a positive thinking mindset.
