Chapter 6 - Control overthinking: change your mindset

In your day to day routine change the little simple things that you do regularly. Start to do them in a planned different way.
• Get up in the morning at a different hour.
• Have your coffee black or without sugar or vice versa.
• Change your toothpaste flavor.
• Bird bath your entire body instead of taking a shower.
• Alter your exercise routine by walking instead of running.
• Put on New Clothes! New Hairstyle! Fresh Make Up!
Changing the way you do your daily routine of habits alerts your mental function of awareness. Your actions of changing the little simple things in your life will cause your mind to re-evaluate the way you think about the more important things in your life. This is changing your mindset.
